Rafa Benítez, SSC Napoli head coach, was very happy with his team ́s third consecutive victory after their sixth Serie A match of the season. It was not only the final score that pleased him but also his team ́s reaction after they found themselves behind in the first half. At the post match press conference after their victory against Torino (2-1) in the San Paolo, the Spaniard wanted to particularly highlight this third consecutive victory for the Neapolitan team: "It has been a well deserved victory and very important for our growth, this is what we are aiming for through our hard work each day".

"In my pre-match declarations I highlighted the importance of having a good balance between playing with our hearts and playing with our heads, we thought it was the most important aspect when aiming to beat a team with the characteristics of our rival. We have seen exactly this on the pitch today, the game developed as expected" explained the head coach of the Neapolitan team, who added: "we had up to nine clear chances at goal, including various hitting the post, their goalkeeper has been the best player today without a doubt..that is why I think we deserved this victory.  Today I have seen many positive things from our players, although it is also true that we still have things to improve, especially in the defensive phase" recognised Benítez, later he added that "these three consecutive victories must be very important for us, not just to break the negative dynamic we have been in but also to help our confidence and self esteem grow and believe in our possibilities. As I see it we need to support our players so that they can regain morale and confidence to improve and continue towards victory, which is not easy".

Lorenzo Insigne, scored the first goal and also assisted the second goal scored by Callejón, he played a very important role in the victory, the Neapolitan player who finished the game with tears of joy received the support of his coach who stated: "Lorenzo (Insigne) has played very well, and I think everybody has seen that. He works very hard and very well for this team and he is able to start a play very far from the rival area and still arrive there with danger. He is not just an attacking player who develops his abilities when he is close to goal, he has other virtues, and if we exploit them he can contribute a great deal. That said, he has to improve his precision, but bearing in mind that he is a player in progression it is just a matter of time. In my opinion he will be a player who will score a lot of goals and will contribute a lot of things".

When asked about the other protagonist of the game, Jose Callejón, the Spanish coach replied "José has understood perfectly the importance of his role in the team, he is doing his best and can still contribute even more to the group. We are working on that. Furthermore, Gonzalo (Higuaín), a forward that works very hard for the team, creates assists in any moment and scores valuable goals. Basically we count on many players who can and should contribute to the whole team, I believe I have a very valid and balanced squad in this respect. We have to continue, everything will arrive in time".

SSC Napoli wins again in the San Paolo after a difficult start to the season. The Neapolitan fans have supported their team from start to finish and for that reason amongst others Benitez wanted to finish with a few words for the Neapolitans: "We know that this city is very passionate, we must always be united with our fans to reach as high as we can, the first positions in the classification. At the end of the season we will see if we have achieved our objectives. Last year we broke the points and goals record and we want to regain that level to get closer to what we had only recently last season. Working together, also with the fans, I think we can achieve this" concluded the 'azzurro' coach.
