Rafa Benítez, SSC Napoli head coach, is focused on his most immediate game, aspiring to win and gain the three points. He doesn’t want to talk about medium or long term plans, not even his future. The important thing for both him and his team is winning the next game. He made these declarations at their pre-match press conference today prior to facing Inter Milan at San Siro tomorrow. He also highlighted the quality of their rival and predicted a game of a high level: "Tomorrow in Milan we will be able to enjoy a game between two teams with enormous potential, two teams with quality who could be aiming for the maximum, the top".

Rafa, do you consider that Napoli ́ recent run of consecutive victories allows you to once again think about the most important objectives this current season?

"I think I have been very clear on this subject from the beginning. In my mind I am focused on the next game, the most immediate game. The challenge is to work game to game and no more. My objective will always be to look for victory in the next game and right now we are completely focused on the game tomorrow at San Siro. I believe there is still a lot of time to think about the future, after the final whistle. Right now we have very short term objectives and we will look no further until they are achieved".

What kind of game do you expect Inter Milan to play?

"Inter is one of the strongest squads in the Italian league. Mazzarri has been able to reflect his style, this is his second year on the Inter bench and I think they can aim for the top positions in the league. They rely on a very good team and a great coach. It is a team built to compete in Europe. I repeat in my opinion they are a very strong team with great quality and a very complicated rival".

Do you consider Inter to be in crisis at the moment?

"In my point of view, a strong team, with a qualified coach will reach the top positions of the table at the end of the season. Furthermore, I sincerely hope they achieve it but of course only when they are at least one position behind us. Clearly in my opinion, one way or another, Inter will finish in the top positions of the Serie A this year".

What tactics will Inter adopt against Napoli? Will they basically play offensively or on the contrary, defensively due to the negative run of results they are currently having?

"I sincerely don ́t know with certainty what tactics they will adopt tomorrow. I cannot know that. Of course I think they count on a great deal of attacking quality so I don’t think we will face a team that is closed at the back. Besides aside from the above they are playing at home in front of their fans. Inter has already demonstrated that they have a squad with sufficient quality to beat any opponent. On our part, we have to get on the pitch with the appropriate mentality to face this new challenge and with the fixed idea of winning in a great stadium like San Siro".
