Rafa Benítez, SSC Napoli head coach has spoken to Radio Kiss Kiss, the Neapolitan club ́s official radio station about the difficulties they may face in tomorrow ́s game and above all the feelings of the players after recent results. This will be their return to the domestic league after having played UEFA Europa League just a few days ago in Bratislava. The official pre match press conference had been ruled out today due to the proximity of the last press conference in the Europa League a few days ago but a post match press conference has been allocated after the game against Torino tomorrow. The Spanish coach focused on the mental aspects of his team and how two consecutive victories behind them could evidence recovered self esteem. In summary he gave what he thought to be the key to victory against Torino: "Tomorrow, above all, we need to find the right balance between playing with our heart and playing with our head. That perfect mix could give us the victory in a game like this one".

"The team is much better in that respect, they have confidence in their possibilities, have improved in self esteem and they now have the right mentality and concentration" stated the Spanish coach and continued “now we have to manage well what will be a difficult game against Torino. They are a team that knows how to move the ball well, awaits your attack to try and catch you on the counterattack and play very compact in all lines. It will be a complicated game I am sure".

When asked about rotations, the head coach of the Neapolitan team once again defended his system of rotation, the one that brought him so much success in Valencia and Liverpool, by saying "it is not easy at all for anybody, for any team, for any squad to play very demanding games in very demanding competitions every three days. We have the experience and we know very well what it means after having lived it right here last season. For this reason we always leave some players at home in each Europa League game so we can rely on rested players for the next game of the Serie A. In my opinion rotations are fundamental for involving the whole team, finding balance and guaranteeing we reach the final part of the competition. Only by rotating will we get far. That is what experience has taught us and upon that base we work with statistics and analysis and absolute professionalism aiming for what we think is best for our project".

The Spanish coach also responded to a number of questions put to him by the Neapolitan radio station:

Napoli has not conceded a goal in the last two games. It must be an important statistic for Rafael Cabral...

"We know perfectly well that Rafael (Cabral) is a goalkeeper with great quality and enormous possibilities. Unfortunately, he had an injury for some time during last season. An injury from which he has recovered very well in training. For a goalkeeper the defence is the most important line, if the defensive phase works, everything is easier for the keeper. I am convinced that gradually Rafael will demonstrate all of his quality and contribute a great deal".

What will be the key tactics in tomorrow ́s game against Torino?

"Our work, both tactically and mentally, will always be to score and play with the highest intensity possible. Our rival is very good with the ball and has a quick and dangerous counterattack. They rely on a coach that has been working with the same group for many years and they all know perfectly well what they must do in each moment of the game. If we try to press high we are at risk because of their long balls and their options in second plays. To cancel this out we need maximum concentration and a large dose of intelligence and reading of the game".

Finally the 'azzurro' coach praised their adversary by stating: "Torino is also playing in Europe, evidence of their success and growth. They have returned to an international competition after a long time. On our part, we will have to stay focused on the pitch, play with our head not just our heart. This time, more than ever, we will need to have a lot of intensity and at the same time a lot of patience. We need to get on the pitch and play slowly but surely as I have said on more than one occasion, it is a very important game".
