Rafa Benítez, SSC Napoli head coach, is focusing on his team and their next rival in the calendar. He made clear that what happens in other games is much less important. There was no press conference today but the Spanish coach gave an interview to Radio Kiss Kiss, the Club´s official radio station prior to the game tomorrow at the 'Olimpico' stadium in Turin. Amongst other things he spoke about what will be the key to the game and gave his point of view regarding the UEFA Europa League draw, the recent past, present and immediate future. He stated: "we know that tomorrow we are facing a complicated game. Like I have said on many occasions, it is most important in these cases to use our head and then give way to the heart. There is no other method if you want to accomplish your goal and get a positive result".

Now that it's been 24 hours since the UEFA Europa League draw, how do you analyse your rival´s capacities?

"Playing against a Russian team, like Dynamo Moscow, is never exactly an easy task. And at this point of the season, after their winter break and returning to the competition much fresher it is even more complicated. They have players with a lot of experience and enough quality that can make a difference in any game. They have not lost any of their games in Europe; I think that's a very important point. I have some experience in these games against Russian teams and repeat I am convinced that it will not be easy. But I am also sure that our team can measure up, with hard work, concentration and wisdom, they will be able to cause problems for Dynamo and any rival".

Is it a disadvantage that you have been drawn to play the second leg of the tie in Moscow?

"Well, I understand that everything will depend on what happens at our home game. Even with the different score lines, a 1-0 for example, can be an important asset. But we cannot focus on something as simple as the result, what we have to do is play a good game at home and then we'll think about the meeting in Moscow and the different alternatives presented to us".

Amongst the coaches of the teams still in contention in these knockout stages of the UEFA Europa League, you are the only one who has won both this competition and the Champions League. This must give you great personal and professional satisfaction...

"Yes, it's true. Having the opportunity of winning two European trophies, three if you consider the 'Supercup', would be a great satisfaction for anyone, no doubt. But it also means that I have had great players who have certainly helped me in achieving these goals. And experience also plays a part as well of course. Everything helps, like you say I am happy with this achievement".

SSC Napoli has not conceded a goal in the UEFA Europa League in the last five games. What do you make of this point?

"I think it is a very valuable and important statistic, it shows us the reality of a team that is doing a great job in improving the defensive phase. We have to continue in the same way and also improve our offensive phase, which is actually doing quite well and producing positive results".

What kind of atmosphere awaits you in Turin? Do you think Torino may be somewhat fatigued after their European game played in Bilbao?

"In fact, the effect it can have is exactly the opposite. I think Torino now has an added motivation, with a large dose of self-esteem that comes from achieving a big win against a tough opponent on a difficult pitch. And when you win, fatigue often fades into the background because the body recovers pretty well. We'll meet an opponent with great enthusiasm who is achieving good results. They are a good team and very organised, they have had the same coach for years so they have developed very precise automatisms. For us, it is important not to leave spaces and try to play with intensity, controlling the game".

Have you recovered from your calf injury or will Fabio Pecchia be directing the game from the sideline?

"Fabio is a great coach and has had the opportunity to demonstrate his ability directing the team in recent games. If we keep winning like this, Fabio can keep directing the players as much as he wants, "joked the head coach of the Neapolitan club and then explained, “for me the important thing is that I rely on great technical and medical staff who are doing an exceptional job. The squad is in great condition and that means that I don´t have to worry in future games, even if it means having to sit on the bench".

It´s been rumored that you met with the Chairman De Laurentis this week. Did you talk about your future at the Club?

"I see the Chairman regularly before and after many of the games we have played. I can assure you that our conversations are quite regular. We exchange opinions about the team, our responsibilities and objectives as well as other everyday topics. Concerning the future, we will have time to sit down calmly and analyse the situation".

On Monday Roma and Juventus will play against each other, which team should an SSC Napoli fan cheer for?

"That question has an easy answer. Our fans have to cheer for SSC Napoli, always Napoli, keep doing what they do and very well, encouraging our team. After that we'll worry about the results achieved by our rivals. Let´s focus on what´s ours".
